POSH Employee Awareness

We believe that each employee is a potential volunteer for prevention of heinous acts of sexual harassment. With a gender neutral approach, we endeavour to convert awareness training into a team of active bystanders committed to play their tiny role in the prevention of sexual harassment.

You may ask, is it absolutely mandatory to have this awareness program? The answer is Yes under the law.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belongingness

We think that Sexual Harassment is just a tip of the iceberg. There are varied underlying causes for such behavioural patterns and addressing them at team level would be a great idea to take a step forward towards prevention of harassment and towards harmony.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belongingness is one such topic that might open up the gateways to diverse workforce and make them feel belonged to the workplace. Stories, activities, games, knowledge sharing, audio visuals make this session engaging and productive.

Social Emotional Intelligence

As Oscar Wild says,
"Emotions of a man are more quickly stirred than man's intelligence."

Social Emotional intelligence is a beautiful journey from stirring to stillness. Once we learn to pet the emotional being within ourselves, it becomes easy to acknowledge, understand and empathise the emotional beings in others. Each interaction then becomes a source of happiness and harmony. This training is highly engaging and aims at nurturing inter and intra personal harmony.

Gender Sensitization - Catch them young

We highly appreciate the quote of Gen-X representative, Emma Watson,
"It is time we all see gender as a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideals".

Embracing individual identities, respecting others' and mutually growing by complementing each other is going to be the definition of the future world. Knowledge, skills, academics and morals are the instruments for graceful progress. Wiping out the gap created by age old stereotypes and embracing equity is the idea of our Gender Sensitization workshop.

Our "Catch Them Young" workshop specially crafted for students gives an insight of true equity. This workshop is filled with intriguing stories, videos, games which are engaging and thought provoking as well.
