Internal Complaints Committee Training
Internal Complaints Committee is a creature of the law that functions on two parallels:
A. Prevention of sexual harassment at workplace, and
B. Redressal of the sexual harassment complaints.
It is imperative for the ICC to be equipped with jurisprudence and practicality of the law. Our extensive capacity building training for the ICC is carefully developed on the basis of law, real time cases, reported judgments and publications by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, giving hands on tools to the ICC members to deal with trivial issues as well as complex cases.
IC capacity building training program is mandatory under the law.

Management plays a crucial role in the efficient execution of the statutory compliances in an optimal manner. Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act read with Rules entrusts duties on the employer to effective and unbiased implementation of the law.
